- biometrics is required for the applicants for those who have not have not given biometrics after 2nd November 2015
- Passport with 6 month validity & all old passport also valid passport of the applicant is required ( handwritten passport is not allowed)
- Photo 35 x 45 mm with 80% face coverage, white back ground
- Covering letter on Business letterhead addressing it to The Embassy of Greece New Delhi .
- Hotel confirmation
- Personal IT Papers of last three years
- Personal updated bank statement of last three months update till date.
- 3 month Salary Slip current one.
- Company Registration Certificate if Director or Proprietor
- Medical Insurance Policy
- Ticket Copy.
Business Visa

- Name and designation of the person should be mentioned in the covering letter who is signing the Covering letter with the round stamp and seal.
- Invitation letter from France is required.
- Hotel confirmation
- Personal IT Papers of last three years
- Personal updated bank statement of last three months update till date.
- 3 month Salary Slip current one.
- Company Registration Certificate if Director or Proprietor
- Medical Insurance Policy
