- Invitation letter from Sri Lankan Company.
- Valid Passport copies first and last page, 6 month from the date of travel. Applicants vaild passport copy is required ( Handwritten passport is not allowed )
- covering letter on business letterhead
- Ticket printout.
- Applicants designation
- Hotel name and address
